Our goal is to make certain that we can complete your project. We pride ourselves on bringing ideas to life and creating tangible items from your designs. Whether your job needs one component, or you are testing a new design for future production, Scull Manufacturing can take it on.

If you are ready for a large capacity run, or have reached capacity and require additional equipment, we are tooled to allocate machine time to your project. We can dedicate our CNC equipment to run multiple standard orders quickly, and precisely, to keep your project moving forward.

If you are looking to put your ideas on paper, or into a 3D model, we can help here as well. Our facility is staffed to take your workpiece or drawing and transfer that information into a rendered model for future use. Cad and cam services are available and can easily be put into production in house if needed.

If you are looking to test a new product or work through fitment concerns maybe a printed model can suit your need. Typically a 3D print will be less expensive than a production piece and is an excellent choice for projects where durability and chemical resistance is less of a concern.

On-site we have SNT-TC-1A Personnel Qualified In accordance with ASTM E709 & E1444 for Magnetic Particle inspection and ASTM E165 and E1417 for Liquid Penetrant Inspection. We also are capable of Dimensional inspections up to 24" Outside Diameter and 40" Inside Diameter.

Our Team has spent many years working through tooling and process issues, if you are in a bind with production concerns we have staff available for phone conferencing and on-site consultation to aid in getting your production back on line.
