Our facility is equipped with modern controlled CNC Lathes to turn parts up to a 20" diameter. Utilizing CAD and Cam software, we can reliably and efficiently model and program your blueprint and machine your parts quickly.

It may seem antiquated, but we believe a sturdy large format lathe can make or break a shop. We keep a time tested American Lathe available at all times for those instances where material removal is critical. Capable of turning a 20" diameter.

Our shop has several mills available in multiple configurations, with rotary tables, tilt tables, vices, index tables, etc. Maximum milling dimensions for our equipment are (X)50"x(Y)30"x(Z)24", 3 axis programmable.

Multiple Bridgeport style milling machines are on site to handle less complex part geometries and repairs. Also available in multiple configurations, we have milling capabilities of (X)51" x (Y)11".
NDT - Inspections
On staff we have several SNT-TC-1A Qualified personnel certified to Level II in Magnetic Particle inspection as well as Dye Penetrant inspection. We offer Dry visible and Wet fluorescent particle MT inspections in AC/DC Yoke and Portable AC/HWDC all in accordance with ASTM E709 & E1444. For our PT Inspections we utilize Type I & II - Methods A & C in accordance with ASTM E165 & E1417.
We also offer Dimensional inspections up to 24" Outside Diameter and 40" Inside Diameter and Runout Inspections of shafts and mating components. All Inspections are accompanied by digital documentation of processes and specifications used.
3D Printing
Small Format 3D printing is available for parts and prototypes up to 12" x 12" x 12" in many material types. We also are capable of large format PLA up to 40" Diameter and 40" Tall. If you are looking for fixturing or prototyping this is a cost effective way to achieve your goals!
