When interested in our services, the first step is to contact us, either through our contact page or by phone. Our staff is eager to help get started.
Once you have reached out to us, we will ask for a detailed description of the work you need performed. Once received, a comprehensive estimate will be generated for review. This estimate will include a detailing of material, tooling requirements, timeframe for completion and any additional details required. Please contact us upon review to let us know when you would like to get started.
Upon acceptance of the quote, we will draft a contract. This document is a binding agreement for which Scull Manufacturing and the customer must adhere. Items such as material, quality processes, delivery date without penalty, and payment arrangements will be detailed and sign by both parties.
The contract has been signed and production can begin. Material purchasing begins, process determination is implemented and quality requirements are detailed. We maintain strict process and quality records in order to document progress and ensure you receive what you ordered.
Regardless of contract requirements we are dedicated to manufacturing quality products, and keep electronic copies of all in process measurements for any tolerance +/- .010 and critical features. If further Inspection points are necessary, please specify these in the contract phase. We also perform a final inspection prior to packaging where part condition is recorded.
After all production requirements have been met, we will stage your order for shipment. A flat charge will be used for any small order or single parts being shipped outside of our delivery area (depending on weight). Limited quantity and small orders in our delivery area can make use of our delivery service.(Please provide your own pallet moving equipment as we utilize a lift gate only for this service) And, if necessary, freight cost and fees can be calculated for large orders and heavier items.
